CCE became a Motorola™ MSS (Motorola™ Service Station) in 1957 and an Authorized Motorola™ Dealer in 1991. Listening to our customers wants and needs has truly been the impetus in Central Communications' decision to expand our radio offerings. CC&E became an ICOM Dealer in the Fall of 2000, allowing us the opportunity to enter into the fields of avionics and marine radios as well as the ability to offer a low cost, Mil-Spec radio that would meet our customers' needs. We soon became the second largest Icom land mobile dealer in the southeastern United States. Tait radios, manufactured in New Zealand, offers trunking protocols that are an industry standard in other parts of the world. CC&E is introducing the area to MPT 1327 trunking (the most widely used open architecture trunking protocol in the world) by deploying 2 mountain top MPT UHF sites to afford seamless wide area coverage to the middle east Tennessee valley area.
We are proud to represent the Higher Ground and EvenTide voice logging recording solution to both the Public Safety and private business markets in Tennessee. TCI (Tel Control Inc.) was CC&E's next statewide product partner, allowing us to fully equip a 911 Center. TCI allows mutiple PSAPs the ability to utilize one system controller for a cost effective multi jurisdictional solution. The Teltronics Telident 911 solution helps your PBX provide vital life saving information to the 911 emergency response network by providing ANI (automatic number identification) and ALI (automatic location information) critical for fully leveraging the 911 network. CC&E holds the State of Tennessee F&A Agency Contract for Mobile Satellite Ventures. We extend this contract offering to local governments as well. MSV's satellite communication equipment is a state-of-the-art form of communications that allows telephone or push to talk conversations to take place between individuals anywhere in North America, Central America, the Caribbean and the northern part of South America. Central Communications became a DATARADIO System Integrator in 1998 and is responsible for Utility customers throughout the state of Tennessee for Public Safety entities in East and part of Middle Tennessee. CCE also can provide rugged mobile computing systems, versatile docking stations and peripheral options that will meet the needs of any mobile application. Wireless Networking Solutions are offering our customers endless possibilities. We are an Authorized Motorola™ Dealer. Canopy products offer our customers the wireless IT solutions they have been looking for! From wireless T-1s to hot spots CC&E has you covered. Interoperability has become a major focus for Central Communications’ customers and in 2003 we teamed with Power Sales Company to offer Raytheon JPS interoperability solutions. We have held interoperability seminars across the state of Tennessee. Whether it be a total communications system upgrade or an ACU1000, CC&E can provide your jurisdiction with the interoperability that is so important in mission critical situations. |
